Yes — we source directly from verified suppliers. If a product is custom-made or artist-designed, it will be clearly noted in the product description.


3. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.


4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday only).


5. Can I return or exchange an item?

6. Is return shipping free?

Yes! A free return label is included in your package. Simply follow the instructions to mail your return.


7. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
